Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall management of our IT infrastructure, including network set up, LAN/WAN, IT security, troubleshooting IT issues, and setting up workstations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including network set up, LAN/WAN, IT security, troubleshooting IT issues, and setting up workstations
- Ensure the company's network and systems are secure and up-to-date with the latest security protocols
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the company's IT infrastructure
- Manage and lead our IT vendor
- Oversee the installation and configuration of software and hardware, including servers, workstations, and printers
- Manage and maintain the company's website and other online platforms
- Provide technical support to end-users and ensure that all IT issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Stay up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends and make recommendations to senior management for new technologies or upgrades to the current infrastructure
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT management and IT security, troubleshooting IT issues, and setting up workstations
- Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networking, security, and software
- Experience with Outlook 365, SharePoint
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with project management and budgeting
