IT Help Desk Specialist

Job Responsibilities

As a Help Desk Specialist, you will play an integral position within our client's Information Technology Department. This will involve assisting in a variety of essential job functions.

Specific duties in this role include:

Assist End-users with issues
Troubleshooting issues that come in via ticketing system, phone or inner office
Support phones, tables, PCs, printers, basic networking, and software
Working with technology team on various IT projects
IT Help Desk

We are looking for an experienced Help Desk Specialist who combines strong customer service skills and organizational skills, with solid prioritization and attention to detail abilities. You must have sound judgment and strong reasoning skills, as well as good analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to effectively convey compliance policies.

Specific requirements for this position include:

Minimum of 1 year experience in a Help Desk setting
CompTIA or Microsoft Certifications a plus

Active Directory Experience is a plus

Server and Virtual machine experience is a plus
Strong people skills
Good communication
