Overview of the IT Help Desk Specialist role:
- Handle Tier 1 help desk escalations
- Create new employee accounts, configure hardware and grant permissions
- Support audio and video equipment
- Special IT projects
Preferred Qualifications for the IT Help Desk Specialist:
- 1+ year of experience providing ticketing-based IT support in a Windows setting
- exposure to Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365 and Active Directory
- PC hardware, printers, scanners and mobile device support (iOS and Android).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
