Roles and Responsibilities:

• Monitor system performance and ensure that services are always fully operational.
• Manage IT systems while also Implement strategies to ensure system security and performance.
• Maintain administration and inventory for all computer equipment and software licenses.
• Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve various technical requests in a friendly manner.
• Conduct end-user training for software and hardware installations and updates.
• Collaborate with management to strategize how to further improve systems performance and overall operations.

Lead Engineer / IT Support specialist Preferred Qualifications:

• A minimum of 6 years providing IT network, hardware, and software support.
• Possesses in-depth knowledge and experience in managing and troubleshooting Citrix VDI solutions (including XenApp and XenDesktop), VMware environments, Office 365 applications, Zerto disaster recovery systems, Microsoft Intune for device management, and Veeam backup and replication software.
• Proficiency in Azure AD, Azure Cloud, SSO, MFA and Exchange
• Expert Level knowledge of Windows Server 2016 and 2019
