JOB SUMMARY
The End User Computing Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the end user computing environment, ensuring healthcare team members have reliable access to technology resources for efficient patient care and operations. This role involves configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting a wide range of devices, software applications, and systems.
Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, copiers, mobile devices, and other end user devices.
Serve as a member of the IT Help Desk and collaborate with teammates to address support issues efficiently with exceptional customer service.
Perform regular software updates, patches, and security configurations to ensure stable and secure end user systems.
Maintain accurate inventory of hardware and software assets, tracking warranties and licenses.
Administer and support operating systems, productivity software, and specialized medical applications.
Implement and enforce security policies, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA.
Collaborate with IT teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, system optimizations, and enhanced user experiences.
Lead projects related to end user technology enhancements, upgrades, and migrations.
