CFS Technology has been contacted by a longtime client that has a permanent need for a talented IT Manager on a direct hire basis.
The IT Manager will join our client in a leading manufacturing environment. They have a family-owned mentality with a worldwide footprint, and are headquartered in Bakersfield, CA. They offer a wide array of services and products for their clients.

Overview of IT Director main responsibility:
- Oversee and be hands on with the complete infrastructure of the organization.
- Maintain working manager responsibilities with monitoring, maintenance, and support of organization.
- Troubleshooting, networking, upgrades, managing and maintaining infrastructure, and configuring.
- Ability to prioritize needs and tasks with both hardware and software needs.
- Work with 2 other sites, nationally, to maintain IT consistency.
Qualifications for the IT Director:
- Degree in related field preferred
- Ability and willingness to travel a couple times per year.
- Excellent Customer Service
- Proven hands on with all aspects of IT
