Essential Functions

• Research, collect, and evaluate project data necessary to meet project reporting and evaluation requirements.

• Develop, maintain, update, and oversee project plans and schedules using tools established by the customer and management.

• Identify and document project issues and risks in information technology (IT) project plans and escalate to the Program and Operations Manager.

• Strategically coordinates, plans, and schedules team members for specific projects.

• Create status reports on current projects

• Schedule and coordinate deployment teams.

• Interface with technical teams on current requirements.

• Follow -up on the status of projects.

• Works with the Program Manager and Operations Manager to identify and assign available resources based on needed expertise.
• Proactively consults with upper management to comprehend the project scope of work and required disciplines to perform tasks.
• Maintain awareness of emerging technologies and project management techniques.

• Conduct process reviews to identify improvements, develop improvements with stakeholders and team members, and enact them as directed.

• Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field of study is required.
• An Active Top Secret (TS) Clearance is required. Must be eligible for and able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance for the duration of the contract.

• A minimum of 3 years of IT Project Coordinator experience supporting federal programs is required.

• Demonstrated experience in planning, directing, and managing end-point modernization activities .
• Demonstrated management and supervision of employees.
• High level of technical skills in desktop environments.
• Excellent coordination skills, with the ability to work within deadlines, juggle multiple priorities, create plans, and provide updates on key initiatives

• Extensive experience in working on complex projects with critical thinking and problem-solving

• Excellent organizational skills to manage complex assignments.

• Effective time management skills .

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. 9.1 Place of Performance: The work to be performed under this contract will be performed in JSP customer office spaces in the NCR and designated Continuity of Operations (COOP) sites. Contractor personnel may be requested to work at the Government's alternate locations during emergencies and emergency exercises. Individual Contractor personnel may be designated as essential personnel to support contingency operations at alternate Government locations during actual emergencies and emergency exercises.
