In this critical and highly visible role you will be responsible for driving thought leadership, leading strategic planning and setting the rhythm of the business to ensure frictionless execution of IT goals and priorities.

This position will report to the Director, Business Operations.

Your Impact

Support IT leadership in driving annual strategic planning

Drive the agenda for IT All Hands, QBRs and strategic sessions - You will run these sessions end to end

Define and manage KPIs, conducting financial, strategic, and operational analysis to drive data driven executive decisions

Own and manage IT budget in close partnership with FP&A partners

Ensure alignment across the IT leadership team on organizational goals and ensure execution on those goals

Identify opportunities and drive operational efficiencies (Streamlining and optimizing processes to scale with IT)

Strong data analytical skills

Lead special projects for the CIO

Liaison between BizOps and IT leadership team to ensure there is a tight alignment between strategy and execution
