IT Architecture and Portfolio Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a IT Architecture and Portfolio Manager located in Chantilly, VA.

Responsibilities:
Work with Program Managers (PMs) to understand current IT systems and develop appropriate model views to display as-is architecture and upcoming IT deliveries

Coordinate closely with customer to understand engineering needs and make suggestions to develop MBSE artifacts to present to senior technical leads for incorporation into technical baseline

Assist with guiding directorate technical leads with implementing MBSE artifacts to supplement current and future systems engineering products

Coordinate with PMs across the directorate to conduct quarterly Program Management Reviews (PMRs)

Collect and combine data in multiple formats to be presented during PMRs

Work with PMs to record Unfunded Requirements (UFRs) and coordinate with Program Control (PC) to prioritize UFRs to be funded

Facilitate directorate level review boards for systems engineering products and business cases requiring director approval

Collect inputs for the IPBS from groups and offices and coordinate with PC to align inputs with directorate and enterprise goals and objectives

Qualifications:
Required:TS/SCI with Poly

5 + years IC experience (NRO experience preferred)

STEM Degree

Experience using MBSE tools and software

Experience implementing SysML and UAF methods (OCSMP certifications are preferred)

Strong understanding of systems engineering principles and artifacts

Strong understanding of Portfolio Management functions and reviews

Experience with Tableau Desktop, Tableau Prep and Tableau Server

Strong understanding of data governance and management

Strong understanding of how data management systems and relational databases work

Familiar with IBM tools and interfaces

Understanding of the IPBS, FYDP, and NRO budget processes

Skilled with Microsoft Office Tool Suite (primarily Excel)

Excellent communication skills
