IT Analyst / Programmer

Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of an IT Analyst / Programmer for a contract position that can be worked 100% remotely
The opportunity will be one year with a strong chance for a long-term extension.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
  • Provides IT support for vended and custom applications, including resolving highly complex issues, and assists with data security, redundancy, and support in collaboration with more senior technical staff
    Conducts root-cause analysis by researching hardware environment and software application and system problems, works with colleagues and customers to resolve issues, documents resolution, and communicates resolution with customer
    Regularly reviews applications and makes modifications and/or updates of a single system application or basic software and their associated hardware at multiple sites to ensure currency and functionality within the established environment.
  • Contributes to the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of custom system software, and/or the installation and maintenance of purchased systems software, as well as the configuration and support of hardware systems.
  • Produces and maintains documentation such as systems requirements, designs, resource inventories and plans as requested.
  • Interfaces routinely with colleagues who may be located at any of the other client facilities to perform job responsibilities requiring virtual collaboration and partnership
    May be required to provide 24/7 on-call support.
  • Scope of Work: Create and manage Software and Process Documentation - helping in DPAM AI's efforts to move and control it AI Development artifacts related to AI Enablement and Validation
    Capable of creating ADO Test Plans and perform manual software testing (and later automation of same).

Qualifications:
  • Azure DevOps Testing workflows (Manual and Automated)
  • Data Visualization using ADO Dashboards
  • ADO Epic, Sprints, Backlog refinement, Reports
  • ADO Sprint Planning and Project Management
  • Attention to details and quality of deliverables is very important.
  • Knowledge of creating and delivering regulatory documents related to safety of AI assisted software systems is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree and training/experience in technical development; OR, Associate's degree and 5 years' professional experience in technical development.

Preferred:
  • Quality workflows in IT and/or healthcare domain
  • Basic programming
  • SaMD (Software as a Medical Device) test workflows
  • The minimum requirement is a High School Diploma; a higher degree is preferred.
