Payroll Clerk- Philadelphia, PA
Location : Philadelphia, PA 19140
Project Duration : 3+ Months Contract
Pay Rate : $21/hr. to $25/hr. on W2 with limited benefits .
Job Description
- Builds on existing knowledge to process both the weekly and bi-weekly payrolls. Interprets and prepares payroll time and adjustment transactions and uploads/inputs data into the payroll system. Reconciles the payroll output for processing. Maintains payroll records and reports. Handles inquiries from employees/departments regarding paycheck problems using various payroll reports and on-line system inquiry functions.
Requirements:
- Education High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
- Experience 5 Year experience in Payroll operations (Required)
- General Experience with Kronos Timekeeping System and/or PeopleSoft HCM. (Preferred)
- General Experience with an On-line payroll system. (Preferred)
