Issue Clerk with Security Clearance

Overview Oak Grove Technologies, LLC a fast-growing federal contractor, is seeking an Issue Clerk in support of work with the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Artesia, New Mexico. Oak Grove Technologies offers a competitive compensation and benefits package. Responsibilities Receives, stores, and issues equipment, materials, supplies, merchandise, foodstuffs, or tools, and compiles stock records of items in the stockroom, warehouse, or storage yard. Sorts or weighs incoming articles to verify receipt of items on requisition or invoice and examines stock to verify conformance to specifications. Store articles in bins, on the floor, or on shelves, according to identifying information, such as style, size, or type of material. Fills orders or issues supplies from stock, prepares a periodic, special, or perpetual inventory of stock, and requisitions articles to fill incoming orders. Compiles reports on the use of stock handling equipment, adjustments of inventory counts and stock records, spoilage of or damage to stock, location changes, and refusal of shipments. May mark identifying codes, figures, or letters on articles, distribute stock among production workers, and keep records of material issued. Make adjustments or repairs to articles carried in stock. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus. Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and accuracy. Strong problem-solving skills.
