Job Description GDIT is seeking an Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to help support our Joint Staff Coalition program. This is an onsite position in Suffolk, Virginia. No relocation assistance can be provided. As an ISR SME for our Joint Staff Coalition program in Suffolk, Virginia, you will be responsible to provide project planning, execution, assessment support, and military expertise to the JS J6 Coalition Interoperability, Assurance, and Validation (CIAV) team. In this role, a typical day will include: Support the CIAV methodology with ISR & Intelligence expertise to support Combatant Command and other assessment requirements relative to data sharing with mission partners. Project execution advice, analysis, and support as would be provided in a Tactical Operations Center or Coalition Joint Operations Center with hands-on experience and knowledge of ISR systems and architectures.
Evaluate Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation and Dissemination (TCPED) processes and applications and supporting technologies in a coalition environment.
Serve as Planning/Execution Analysts and Event Lead responsible for performing research, coordinating site configuration, executing use cases, and performing data analysis during Desktop Analysis (DTA) efforts, and Assurance and Validation (A&V) events.
Demonstrate previous experience to manage and perform in-depth all-source intelligence research and tactical and strategic analysis, design, develop, and deliver professional written and oral products to convey information in a clear and concise form, format, and dialogue to senior, peer, and subordinate personnel and organizations.
Apply derivative classification markings and distribution statements to associated US CIAV documents produced for distribution/publication.
Attend and/or coordinate regularly scheduled meetings telephonically; attend and/or coordinate ad hoc meetings.
Interface with other assessment organizations and participate in coalition interoperability and assessment related working groups.
Coordinate the RFI process to address requirements through to completion, which includes identifying and coordinating the proposed classification of requirements.
Conduct DTA and A&V events, perform exercise support planning activities, and coordinate findings with CIAV Operations Support as outlined in the CIAV U. S. Organization document dated 10 December 2014.
Assist in the determination of the Memorandum of Record necessary to achieve interoperability in a coalition environment.
Collaborate with the Event Lead to ensure seamless integration of findings, impacts, and artifacts into one report for submission to the appropriate distribution list as determined by the US CIAV National Lead.
Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and subject areas.
Participate in special projects as required.
Provide expert understanding of the Intelligence Cycle, Intelligence Operations, Intelligence Collection Management, and expertise as part of a highly motivated team of operationally focused individuals. Qualifications: Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
Bachelor's Degree in a related technical or military discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work/military experience.
Educational equivalency is a minimum of sixteen (16) years specific and related responsible intelligence and targeting experience in the U.S. Military inclusive of the following (may be gained concurrently across several positions)
Advanced knowledge of the principles, methods, processes, and applicable regulations involved in supporting military operations.
Advanced knowledge of relevant technology and equipment. Desired Qualifications Working knowledge of U.S, NATO, and coalition partner targeting processes, procedures, and systems.
