We are searching for an Irrigation Installation Foreman in the DC Metro area to work on the most premier high-end residential properties the in Mid Atlantic. The foreman will be managing and performing irrigation installation and providing labor in support of related work. The foreman also manages and monitors our hydrawise monitoring program. This position requires a deep understanding of proper installation techniques and strong managerial skills. They will be responsible for exceptional quality and efficiency on installation projects.

Irrigation Install Foreman Responsibilities:

1. Possesses a growing knowledge and understanding of certain standards and procedures for installation. This may include main and lateral line installation, proper placement of heads and rotors, controller installation and programming, etc.

2. Support customer relations standards by communicating effectively to contractors, clients, and irrigation manager.

3. Manage hydrawise monitoring clients to make sure their systems are working properly. Fix their issues by going to the property yourself or working with the scheduling manager to get a tech to the property.

4. Represent the firm according to professional standards for uniform, cleanliness, decorum, and respect for property, both private and public.

5. Ensure that all installation technicians are performing at a high level. Make sure they are properly clocking in and out of projects.

6. Proper management of materials. Ensuring proper amount of material is taken and accounted for at beginning and end of project, and as little waste is created as possible.

7. Maximizes billable hours on all projects. Work to achieve production goals under budgeted hours.

8. Protect and maintain company furnished tools and vehicles.

9. Adhere to safety standards, including but not limited to ladder usage, tree work, vehicle safety, electrical wiring, heavy lifting. Compliance with OSHA, DOT and other safety agencies. Prepare for proper management in the event an accident occurs on site, whether it happens to our associates or others.
