Whiting Gardens Rehabilitation and Nursing Center -
Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License or Practical Nurse License
infection preventionist experience preferred
CDC Infection preventionist certification,
Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
Provide patient care based on scientific principles/nursing theory and evidence-based practice.
Recognize change in the patient's condition and intervene appropriately.
Prioritize nursing actions including reflecting patient needs, acuity, and desired outcomes.
Implement physician orders accurately within appropriate time frames.
Educate and counsel patients and their families on processes and issues.
Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator
