Inventory Coordinator - Warsaw, IN

Kelly Project Services group, a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking an Inventory Coordinator for a long-term engagement at one of our Global clients in Warsaw, IN.
This role is a full-time, and fully benefitted position. As a Kelly Project Services employee, you will be eligible for Medical, Dental, 401K and a variety of other benefits to choose from. Title: Inventory Coordinator
Location: Warsaw, IN (46582) or West Chester, PA (19380) or other client location
Hours: M-F 8am-5pm, must be flexible for early or later shift
Pay: Open (includes comprehensive benefit and PTO package)
Duration: Two years or more contract with possible extension

Job Description: The commercial transformation team will focus on field returns both inbound and outbound and providing logistical and analytical support. Candidate will need to have strong communication skills, problem solving skills, experience with ERP such as SAP.

Key Responsibilities:
•   Manage implant inventory including replenishments, National loaners, returns, and expired goods.
•   Will be processing inbound / outbound reconciliation transactions.
•   Collaborate with internal teams on process for open order collection and customer solutions.
•   Perform check in process and stocking for Orthopedic products. This includes scanning inventory, completing inventory transfers, ordering replacement parts, and sorting mixed sets.
•   Contact with freight forwarder, receiving parties and internal clients.
•   Partner with customer accounts receivable to mitigate pricing issues and process invoicing.
•   Train and follow standard operation procedures and work instructions.
•   Responsible for GDP Good documentation practices
•   Perform inventory reconciliation activities.
•   Assists in regulatory inspection and performance of safety and quality audits. Qualifications:
Education: Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience and Skills:
•   Four years of relevant work experience preferred. (required)
•   Experience preferred within any of the following areas: distribution, manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, customer service. (required)
•   Demonstrated initiative, creativity, assertiveness, and proactive communication. (required)
•   MS Office Suite proficiency preferred, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook (required)
•   Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (required)
•   Strong Communication skills (required)
•   Advance degree preferred; experience accepted.
•   Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices GMP or Good Practices GxP (preferred)
•   Inventory Management experience (preferred)
•   Strong computer skills and ability to utilize specialized software and customized programs to meet business needs. (preferred)
•   Availability to work Monday Friday on site. (preferred)
