International Tax Manager

As an International Tax Manager, you will partner with the business and Finance teams year-round to ensure the tax implications of transactions are well understood and optimally reported. You will handle the international components of U.S. tax returns, streamline processes, and assist in tax planning projects. Daily Responsibilities:

Handle the international segment of U.S. tax return filings (forms including 1118, 5471, 8858, 8865, 8975, 8991, 8992, 8993, 5713, and FinCEN), ensuring adherence to federal guidelines.

Evaluate complex tax returns prepared by team members for precision, completeness, and punctuality.

Calculate and monitor quarterly Subpart F, GILTI, FDII, and BEAT tax obligations, supporting international tax provisions (E&P, PTEP, 988, 987, FTCs, APB 23, etc.).

Collaborate effectively with various tax teams such as SALT, European, indirect, planning, and global tax provision.

Liaise with business unit controllers regarding estimated cash tax payments.

Enhance tax processes by developing and implementing procedural improvements and leveraging automation.

Support specific process improvement projects, including the creation of tools, reference materials, and coordinating project rollouts.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related fields.

5 years of experience in a corporate income tax department of a public company or a large public accounting or law firm.

Knowledge of international tax laws, U.S. Corporate Income Tax Law, and ASC-740.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Taxation.

CPA certification.

Experience in tax planning.

3 years of experience in managing a professional team.
