Details:
- ASAP- as soon as credentialed - 6 months to a year
- Shift times: Weekdays: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Frequency: Monday Friday, every week- no callSetting: Internal Medicine- will consider a strong FP but that is not ideal. FTE: 1.0Duties: Typical IM clinic population average age 70. About half male/female with multiple comorbidities, such as diabetes, arthritis, heart disease, chf, etc
- EMR: CernerPatients per Day: Other providers seeing 12-18 a day depending upon complexity
- Support Staff: MA's, MOR's, APP (one in clinic) and RN assigned to clinic
- Reason for Coverage: Provider Retiring
