Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician Needed

Specialties accepted: Family Medicine Physician, Internal Medicine Physician, Urgent Care Physician

Location: Philadelphia, PA (4 locations)

Start Date/Schedule:

• April-Ongoing Mon-Fri (8:30am-5pm)
• Will accept 3 days/week (10 hr. shifts) or 4-5 days/week (8 hr. shifts)
• 3 month locum assignment w/ option to extend or perm

Job Details:

• Outpatient FQHC Community Health Clinic
• Typical cases: Primary, acute, & chronic care for underserved population
• Average 15-25 patient/day
• Adults only
• EMR: NextGen
• Multiple MD/DO, NP, RN, MA, Office Staff
• Credentialing: 4-6 weeks
• Require: Board Certified/eligible, PA License, DEA, Medicare/Medicaid enrollment
