Internal Medicine opportunity: La Grande, OR N. Eastern Oregon - Located 170m to Boise, 260m to Portland Two FT openings due to growth Position Details - Full-time, permanent - Hospital employed- J1/H1 Eligible- Clinic Hours: 7a-6p- Clinic is about 1/2 mile from the hospital- 16-20 patients per day- Call ratio: Phone call; 1 in 14; Call is just for clinic since its an outpatient practice so its over the phone as needed- Schedule and hours: 4 x 10s- EPIC EMR- Eligible for sign on bonus- Incentives: Yes; wRVU based upon an annual threshold- $50K+ Quality Incentives- Eligible for loan repayment- Full benefits and paid malpractice- Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.- Relocation- Liability insurance- Loan repayment allowance Oregon Tax Credit: The State of Oregon offers an income tax credit of 5,000 for physicians practicing in La Grande, which is equivalent to earning another estimated 9,930 in base salary not reflected in the numbers above. The Credit is applied to Oregon taxes before FICA tax and the estimate is based on tax brackets of 9% for State, 33% for Federal, 1.45% for Medicare and 6.2% for FICA.
