Practice Description
Grand Itasca Clinic and Hospital, a part of Fairview Health Services, is looking for a Certified Nurse Practitioner or licensed Physician Assistant with an interest in adult medicine, elder care and complex medical management to join its busy and growing Internal Medicine department.

Practice Details
The Grand Itasca Internal Medicine clinic team is made up of four Internal Medicine Physicians and three Advance Practice Providers.
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 2 years Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant experience required.
Training in Geriatrics/Internal Medicine preferred but not required.
