As a vital member of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring our patients receive the highest quality of care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Required Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree
- BC or BE in Family, Geriatric or Internal Medicine
- Active, non-probationary, unrestricted State License
- Active DEA license
Preferred Qualifications: Fellowship training in Geriatrics. Experience practicing medicine among Geriatric. Experience in outpatient primary care settings. Bilingual proficiency where applicable.
