Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive complaints or inquiries via various channels (telephone, email, mobile app, web requests) from the public and provide answers or make proper referrals.
- Assist department heads in resolving neighborhood concerns and community issues.
- Conduct research and prepare correspondence in response to internal and public inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain knowledge of various issues, projects, and events surrounding the City.
- Coordinate resources to respond to citizen questions and concerns.
- Assist in preparing and analyzing weekly and monthly reports through the CRM system.
- Perform data entry in the CRM system to initiate, update, and close service requests/work orders as necessary.
- Perform other similar duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Three (3) years of call center or customer service experience.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Ability to clearly and concisely communicate verbally and in writing with customers, office, and field personnel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Experience working with CRM applications and/or Service Request/Work Order systems.
- Strong interpersonal communication and relationship skills, with the ability to interpret, apply, and explain work management procedures.

- This is not a Work From Home Position.
- This is a temporary-only position currently.
- Customer Service Call Center experience required.
- Candidate should have strong communication/listening skills and ability to communicate well.
- Currently, this is only a temporary position and not temp-to-hire. The current employee is out on leave, and the return date is unknown.
