The Role:
As our Treasury Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in facilitating the setup of a new credit agreement for our company. This six-month contract position offers a unique opportunity to showcase your expertise in treasury management while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of this critical initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record and document the terms of the new credit agreement accurately.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct thorough preparation work to ensure compliance with various lenders' specifications.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to the credit agreement setup.
- Monitor and track progress to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to project timelines.
- Provide support in negotiating terms with lenders, as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. MBA or CFA is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in treasury management, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and regulations, particularly pertaining to credit agreements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
