We are hiring IMMEDIATELY for an Intensive Case Management Therapist to join one of our community mental health providers.

Salary: $70K - $87K.

Summary:
This position will perform comprehensive psychosocial mental health assessments, updates, and reviews. Additionally upon assessment, they will further direct client contact observation, identify appropriate DSM diagnosis, and develop client-centered treatment plans with the goal of hospital diversion, increasing client independence, and/or finding the most appropriate and least restrictive placement. The ICM Therapist will demonstrate the ability to develop therapeutic rapport with clients and maintain clear, consistent, appropriate, and therapeutic boundaries.

Requirements:
Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
MUST also meet OAR requirement for QMHP by having completed TWO (2) YEARS of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting
