Job Summary: Diné Source is seeking an Senior Intelligence Communications Specialist / Intelligence Research Specialist, with technical writing experience, to provide subject matter expertise (SME) and experienced capability developer contractor support to the Requirements Determination Directorate (RDD), Intelligence-Capabilities Development and Integration Directorate (I-CDID), Futures and Concepts Center (FCC), Army Futures Command (AFC). Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Knowledgeable of the Army Intelligence process, operations, capabilities, and formations, with a thorough understanding of the Intelligence architecture, configuration, data and information sharing, and security procedures.
• Assist the Government with integration, assessment, prioritization, and synchronization of required Intelligence communications capabilities.
• Document Army Military Intelligence (MI) communications requirements through Army Capabilities Integration and Development System (ACIDS)/Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS), and other approved methodologies for Army and Joint Intelligence Communications.
• Identify, integrate, assess, prioritize, and synchronize Intelligence communications capability requirements and solutions across all Army Warfighting Functions (WfFs), and all Intelligence layers (Foundation, Identity, Terrestrial, Aerial and Space).
• Perform Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership and Education, Personnel, Facilities, and Policy (DOTMLPF-P) analysis, identifies gaps, and develops recommended solutions for current and programmed requirements.
• Support development of Unified Architecture Framework (UAF) and Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) architecture products.
• Integrate legacy systems and emerging Army MI advanced technologies with Mission Command and into the Army's Unified Network.
• Interact closely with all Army WfFs, Program Executive Office (PEO), Department of Defense (DoD), the Intelligence Community (IC), and Allied and Multinational partners to identify solutions, or a combination of available alternatives.
• Assist in migrating legacy tools to the cloud while delivering new while continuously adding new capabilities for legacy applications and users.
• Execute all assigned project tasks and responsibilities with consideration to the quality, completeness, and timeliness of all activities and deliverables. Job Requirements (Education/Skills/Experience): Key Qualifications:
• U.S. Citizen with active Top Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in either Communication Networks, Network Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field, or equivalent experience. (Equivalent experience includes: 6+ years of experience with intelligence communications capabilities and networks at multiple echelons; and 4+ years of experience with Signal/Cyber communications concepts, TTPs, networks, and systems at multiple echelons.)
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or collaboratively on complex projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; can clearly articulate and effectively convey insights and recommendations to senior leaders.
• Effective interpersonal skills including the ability to collaborate successfully with other internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with briefing techniques and methods, delivering findings to non-technical audiences, including senior military or government leaders.
• Outstanding professionalism and interpersonal skills.
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Preferred Qualifications:
• Master's degree preferred, but not required.
• Leadership role in internal and executive communication function.
• 6+ years of knowledge and experience with the ACIDS/JCIDS process.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to complex challenges.
• Excellent communications skill (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
• Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
