Integration Developer Team Lead

As the Integration Developer Team Lead, you'll take the lead in architecting, designing, and implementing complex integration solutions for Purina's direct to consumer (D2C) practice. This person will manage a team of developers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of integration projects. Bring your strong technical background in integration technologies to the table as you think critically, pay attention to details, and navigate intricate integration architectures.

Design, develop, and implement integration solutions that connect various systems, applications, and databases
Create and maintain integration architecture documentation, outlining integration patterns, standards, and best practices
Utilize expertise in Azure, DevOps, JavaScript, Netsuite, and other relevant technologies to architect robust and scalable integration solutions
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to integration projects, ensuring smooth project delivery
Conduct regular code reviews, offer technical feedback, and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the development team
Monitor the performance of integration solutions, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement data mapping, transformation, and validation rules
Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards in all integration efforts

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
5+ years of experience in designing and developing complex integration solutions

Other

Prior experience in leading and managing a team of developers is preferred
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management practices is preferred
