Responsibilities:

Role Description: To be hired solely via Contracted Workforce (CWS) Fulfillment. Functional Analyst for the Integrated Eligibility (IE) System for the State of Oregon, providing a custom CRM for the State to manage multiple State benefit types for millions of recipients and new applicants. Work generally involves operating in some phase of the Software Development Lifecycle with a large team to ultimately design, develop, test, and deploy new or repaired code to the existing IE System. Roles are available across multiple workstreams such as Helpdesk, Defects, Enhancements, Testing, Production Monitoring, and Data Reporting.
