What We Want:

We're looking for an Intake Sales and Marketing Lead to enhance our client intake processes, drive sales through consultative approaches, and drive marketing operations to reach and support more families. This role is perfect for someone with clinical understanding, sales acumen, and marketing savvy, especially within the eldercare sector.

What You'll Do:

Client Intake Management and Consultative Selling (70%)

  • Field and manage new client inquiries, ensuring excellent communication and customer service and owning the process from inquiries to signed service agreements.
  • Serve as a Sage Subject Matter Expert and trusted advisor, conducting complimentary consultations for our prospective clients and qualified new inquiries and recommending the best outcomes for clients in our three service areas: Care Management, Home Care, and The Hummingbird Project therapeutic activity program.
  • Create and document processes to streamline intakes and increase conversion rates.
  • Data reporting and follow-up: Use our CRM (HubSpot) to generate reports and provide funnel metrics to department heads, tracking numbers such as leads, consultations, conversions, and website visits and providing actionable insights.

Marketing Operations (30%)

  • Utilize company and industry knowledge to collaborate with department heads on marketing strategies and to create content for marketing campaigns.
  • Plan and coordinate the company's participation in industry events, such as conferences, and support other eldercare-related marketing initiatives to enhance outreach and engagement.
  • Ensure the CRM contact database captures new leads and is kept current.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services or other related fields.
  • 3-5 years of experience working with aging adults and adults with cognitive or physical disabilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of key aspects of the aging process, conditions affecting older adults and adults with disabilities, and a general knowledge of local eldercare resources.
  • Excellent communicator, able to engage with clients and families empathetically.
  • Professional experience in Sales, Marketing, or other metrics-driven, customer-facing roles (1+ years of experience preferred).
  • Prior experience fielding and converting new client consultations.
  • Experience in a management or leadership role is a plus but not required.
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest level of client confidentiality.
  • Experience with office technology, including Microsoft Office Suite, G Suite, and CRM software (Hubspot experience is a plus).
  • Local to the San Francisco Bay Area or located within the Pacific or Mountain time zones with the ability to travel to the Bay Area six times yearly.
  • Comfortable working and collaborating remotely.

Compensation: This is a salary-based position with an anticipated annual pay range between $80,000 - 85,000. Offered compensation will be determined based on education and experience.
