Location : Houston, TX 77038
Duration : 6 months (POSSIBLE TEMP TO HIRE)
Shift: 10 am to 7 pm, including rotating weekends 8-5p, Sat and Sun.
Job Description:
Creates electronic studies from faxes, makes corrections to enrollments, updates, and cancels studies. Review reporting for errors and corrects. Medium call volume. Heavy data entry, accuracy must be very high 99%. Must be customer service centric. Sitting for long periods of time.
Job Purpose:
Act as customer service interface to internal employees and external customers and perform all service-related activities (Sales Orders, RMAs, warranty, center set-up, contracts, and consignment procedures).
Key Responsibilities :
Provide responsive and reliable customer service and technical support. Provide liaison support between customers. Coordinate with other departments.
Perform returned materials process including initiation, receipt, expediting and closing RMAs.
Use of Data Works system for sales orders, shipments, field service contacts, RMAs, warranty, and report generation.
Receive product orders and process shipment.
Provide international customer service at times, and in such events, work a flexible schedule.
Perform other related duties as assigned, including special projects.
