We are looking for full-time Intake and Placement Supervisor to add to our team. All you need is a bachelor's degree in business-related or social service field with a minimum of two years of experience in child welfare or managed care required. We will teach you the rest.

A Day in The Life as a Intake and Placement Supervisor
As an Intake and Placement Supervisor you will provide regular and consistent supervision of the Intake and Placement Staff and provide opportunities for the professional development of assigned staff. You will monitor and review placements made by Intake and Placement staff to ensure adherence to placement outcome goals as mandated by agency contract requirements and Child Placing Agency License requirements. You will monitor contract outcome measures with emphasis on the placement activities conducted by Intake and Placement Staff. You will ensure quantified and measurable data is used during the child assessment phase to make appropriate decisions regarding the type and level of placement for the child. You will also assist staff in handling crisis and emergencies which are called in to the Intake and Placement line.
