REMOTE WORK FROM HOME POSSIBLE Participate in new insurance product development and maintenance of existing products, to include competition research; consulting with business units and external resources; drafting policy documents; and developing processes and procedures related to product filing, implementation, and maintenance. Prepare product filing documentation and file insurance products with regulators in SERFF. Oversee product filing process, including responding to department of insurance queries. Work with internal constituents on implementation and maintenance of filed and approved products. Provide guidance on product-related compliance issues. Ensure underwriting, servicing, and distribution practices comply with regulatory requirements. Review insurance marketing strategies and materials to ensure compliance and minimize risk. Monitor, review, and analyze insurance statutes, regulations, and bulletins to determine impact to company products and operations.
