Job DetailsWe are seeking an attorney to join its dynamic team handling first-party insurance defense cases.
The right candidate is preferred to have experience in insurance defense, be a motivated and willing self-starter, have the ability to adhere to deadlines and multi-task.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Preparing pleadings, discovery demands, discovery responses, motions, and other litigation documents
- Preparing timely reports to insurance carriers and clients regarding case status and ongoing activities
- Ability to prioritize work load based on deadlines
- Communicating effectively with senior attorneys and paralegals
- Ability to meet billing requirements
