We are currently seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Junior General Liability Attorney to join our esteemed legal team. This position is a unique opportunity for a talented individual to engage in all aspects of general liability, product liability, premises liability, professional liability, and insurance defense. This is a permanent role with a hybrid schedule, offering a balance of remote and in-office work to suit your lifestyle. Responsibilities:
As a Junior General Liability Attorney, you will be responsible for:

1. Managing a diverse caseload of general liability, product liability, premises liability, professional liability, and civil defense matters.
2. Drafting pleadings, motions, and appellate documents and filing them with the court.
3. Performing legal research and analysis, preparing legal documents, and advising clients on legal transactions.
4. Negotiating settlements for legal disputes.
5. Complying with all legal standards and regulations.
6. Representing the firm and its clients in court and arguing motions.
7. Working closely with senior attorneys to develop litigation strategies.
8. Engaging in business development activities to attract and retain clients.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Junior General Liability Attorney position should possess the following qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Attorney or Associate Attorney, preferably in the areas of general liability, product liability, premises liability, professional liability, and insurance defense.
3. Active member of the state bar in good standing.
4. Demonstrated experience in civil defense litigation.
5. Excellent negotiation, research, and communication skills.
6. Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet critical deadlines.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. Strong commitment to client service and demonstrated dedication to developing and maintaining client relationships.
