About the Role:

As our Insurance Coordinator, you will serve as a key liaison between our practice and insurance providers, ensuring seamless processing of claims and maximizing coverage for our patients. Your responsibilities will include:
Verifying insurance eligibility and benefits for patients
Collaborate with offsite biller with submitting and tracking insurance claims
Providing assistance and guidance to patients regarding insurance coverage and payment options
Manage administrative team to maintain accurate patient records

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in dental or medical insurance coordination (preferred but not required)
Proficiency in navigating insurance portals
Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping others
Ability to work collaboratively and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
