Account Manager
Local insurance brokerage looking for an experienced insurance customer service representative to serve the needs of our clients and work with our insurers. NO cold calling.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Substantial experience with daily servicing work including issuing COI's (with related endorsements), managing renewals, processing endorsements, obtaining additional underwriting information from clients, answering client questions, working with underwriters, etc.
Understand that satisfied clients make the brokerage successful
Have significant experience working with commercial lines P&C clients and in-depth knowledge of all related lines of business
Know how to market renewals and new business via online rating systems and direct submissions
Ability to work within established procedures yet understand that sometimes you have to look outside the box to solve problems
Very comfortable working in a paperless environment
Ability to work independently and work efficiently

Compensation:
Salary based on experience and skills
Commission on new business for two years (issuance and renewal)
Full benefits including health/dental/vision
General holiday schedule along with PTO days
