Position: Commercial Insurance Account Administrator
Location: Macomb, IL
Compensation: $38,000-$82,000 + Potential Annual Bonus

As a Commercial Insurance Account Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting our clients with their insurance policies and managing administrative tasks related to commercial insurance accounts. Your key duties will include:
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients regarding insurance policy inquiries, updates, and claims processing.
  • Processing policy endorsements, certificates of insurance, and other policy documents accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintaining client records and ensuring data integrity in our agency management system.
  • Collaborating with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, policy information, and resolve client issues.
  • Assisting Account Managers and Producers in preparing proposals and marketing materials for clients.
  • Monitoring policy renewals and proactively reaching out to clients to review coverage options.
  • Providing administrative support to the insurance team as needed.
  • Marketing for the company, increasing customer portfolio
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree plus previous experience (2+ years) in a similar role within the insurance industry, preferably with commercial lines; or 5 years experience in commercial insurance
  • Strong understanding of commercial insurance policies, endorsements, and coverage types.
  • Proficiency in insurance agency management software (e.g., Applied Epic, AMS360).
  • Valid Illinois DL & valid Illinois Insurance Producer License
