Coolray is cu rrently seeking residential Insulation Installer Helpers to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our Insulation Installers serve the customers by educating them on the available home insulation and performance product options, removing and replacing old insulation as well as installing add-on home performance products such as attic ventilation fans. At all times providing quality work while following all applicable local and national codes.

What Will I Do?
- Install/Replace old home insulation including, but not limited to: spray in insulation, attic ventilation fans, radiant barrier, and gap sealant.
- Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle.
- Travel to job sites in the service area, and work with dispatch to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to the customer
- Engage in conversation with the homeowner to uncover any concern or interests regarding their home performance which could lead to potential accessory sales or a new system replacement
- Understand company pricing program and generate appropriate customer invoices and other paperwork at the job site and electronically process credit card payments
- Participate in company-provided training opportunities on customer service and the latest industry technologies.
- Work with lead technicians
Do I have What it Takes?
- 1 years experience working in a residential home services aspect - preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations
- Ability to work independently in a timely manner, making sure job is done correctly the first time
- Ability to crawl in tight places and climb ladders; work in attics, garages, crawl spaces, and on roofs
