QUALIFICATIONS: Master's degree with coursework applicable to the duties preferred; Bachelor's degree with two plus years of experience related to the duties required. RESPONSIBILITIES: Position is expected to oversee data collection, tracking, reporting, and analysis for the institution, using multifaceted approaches, platforms, resources, and tools to analyze and communicate complex data. The position promotes, encourages, and maintains a culture of evidence where data, analysis, and reports are used to shape institutional planning, policy formation, and decision making in support of the University's mission. Additionally, the Institutional Research and Compliance Coordinator assists with national, state, and regional accreditation, as well as external reporting compliance requirements.
