As a Permanent Installer in the Construction industry, you will be a critical part of our team, playing a significant role in shaping the physical world around us. This position requires a hands-on, detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of construction methods and a keen eye for precision. You will be responsible for installing various systems and components according to blueprints and specifications, ensuring the highest quality of workmanship. This is a full-time position that requires 2+ years of experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
1. Interpret and follow blueprints, diagrams, and installation instructions to accurately install various systems and components.
2. Utilize a range of hand and power tools to perform installations, ensuring safety and efficiency at all times.
3. Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, ensuring they meet all standards and regulations.
4. Assemble and install various types of machinery and equipment according to project requirements.
5. Use mathematical skills to calculate dimensions, distances, and quantities of materials required for installations.
6. Inspect installations to ensure they meet quality standards, using precision measuring tools and instruments.
7. Collaborate with team members and other trades to ensure the successful completion of projects.
8. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
9. Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
2. Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical diagrams.
3. Skilled in the use of a variety of hand and power tools.
4. Experience in installing and maintaining HVAC systems.
5. Strong mathematical skills, with the ability to make accurate calculations related to installations.
6. Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and precision.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
10. Physical stamina and dexterity, with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various conditions.
11. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
12. High school diploma or equivalent; trade certification or relevant training is a plus.
