Job Duties: The Insights Analytics Senior Manager at WEVO will manage a team of data analysts and develop key strategic decision-making models for the Operations Team and the business as a whole. In addition, the Insights Analytics Senior Manager will: 1. Lead research efforts, helping customers design studies and guiding them through the research requirements and results; 2. Manage a team of Analysts, keeping track of the quality of analysts work, providing feedback, and ensuring all client work is delivered on time; 3. Analyze quantitative and qualitative data gathered from surveys to deliver the highest quality results to our customers; 4. Review research studies before fielding to ensure regulatory compliance and research best practices; 5. Create models to forecast staffing needs and identify gaps in processes; 6. Work directly with customers to aid in research planning and design; 7. Serve as the point person for WEVOs operations team in our machine learning efforts, working with the Chief Data Officer to build models that deliver automated processes; and 8. Collect and monitor data relating to individual contributor productivity to identify bottlenecks in company operations. Requirements: Employer requires a masters degree in business analytics, data science, or closely related field. In addition, employer requires the following: 1. Demonstrated ability using qualitative and quantitative research procedures to provide high volume qualitative feedback gained through one (1) year of work experience or completion of two (2) graduate level courses in the subject; 2. Demonstrated ability using data storytelling methodologies to generate insights from qualitative and quantitative data and write clear and compelling content gained through one (1) year of work experience or completion of two (2) graduate level courses in the subject; 3. Demonstrated ability performing survey design using Qualtrics or similar tools gained through one (1) year of work experience or completion of two (2) graduate level courses in the subject; 4. Demonstrated ability performing data mining, forecasting, and data modeling gained through one (1) year of work experience or completion of two (2) graduate level courses in the subject; and 5. Demonstrated knowledge of operations management and coordinating the work of cross-functional teams gained through one (1) year of work experience or completion of two (2) graduate level courses on the subject.
