Overview: IntelliBridge is an award-winning national security company with an immediate opening for an Insider Threat Analyst - SME to support a federal client's insider threat program. The SME Analyst will provide advice and expert guidance on security issues affecting business process and procedures exploitable by the federal client's insiders. It is preferred the SME Analyst have work experience in national security or security-related matters with an emphasis on IT. Also, highly desirable is proficiency in understanding security risk management concepts; a security related certification; and experience with intelligence-focused operational environment. This position is exempt.
Clearance: Active Top-Secret clearance is required at time of application. Candidate must have the ability to successfully complete a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph examination if successful CI Poly has not been recorded within the past five years. Responsibilities/Duties: Provides expert consulting and advisory expertise in organizational and vulnerability assessments, intelligence and threat analysis, and resolution of highly complex projects and problems.
ConductAnalyticalandcritical thinking; (i.e. Understand problemset,review facts, makeaccurate observationsandjudgements and provide recommendationsto management).
Writeclear,conciseandtimelyintelligence products thatidentify, analyze and collate disparatepieces of information.
Promotes the awareness of security issues among management and ensure sound security principles are practiced.
Maintains a centralized database of corporate assets, including where they reside, the protections in place, and potential vulnerabilities.
Performs regular threat cycle reviews to assess shifting or emerging threats and any associated vulnerabilities.
Assesses the most critical assets and/or those exhibiting high vulnerabilities.
Coordinates with entities to assess and mitigate key vulnerabilities.
Ensures management is informed of key vulnerabilities which could be exploited by insider threats.
Prepares complete, clear, and concise formal and informal reports, correspondence, briefings, charts, tables, and graphs.
Performs electronic processing, transmittal, and storage of sensitive and classified information.
Promotes the awareness of security issues among management and ensure sound security principles are practiced.
Maintains a centralized database of corporate assets, including where they reside, the protections in place, and potential vulnerabilities.
Performs regular threat cycle reviews in order to assess shifting or emerging threats and any associated vulnerabilities.

Performs analytical and critical thinking.
Coordinates with FBI entities to assess and mitigate key vulnerabilities.
Ensures InTO Management is informed of key vulnerabilities which could be exploited by insider threats.
Ensures FBI Executive Management is informed of progress on mitigating key vulnerabilities.
Communicates clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing.
Prepares complete, clear, and concise formal and informal reports, correspondence, briefings, charts, tables, and graphs.
Identifies impacts and effects of study findings and make recommendations.
Assesses and improve the effectiveness of programs, complex management processes, systems, and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications: Familiarization with assessing risks in business processes including those with IT systems
Critical thinker and solution finder for complex IT security situations and/or business processes vulnerable to insider threats
Familiarization with IT monitoring tools; configuration management; managing or maintaining user accounts and system privileges; risk and vulnerability assessments; operational threat assessments
Knowledge of network protocols; network security; information assurance management; cyber security capability validations; automated vulnerability scanning tools
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with word processing and Microsoft Office applications (e.g., SharePoint)
Proficiency with risk assessments tools (e.g., Risk Vision)
Ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
Advanced degree and minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree and 14 years of experience
