These Inside Service Representatives require an Associate's degree or Air Conditioning / Refrigeration Education Certificate, or at least 1 year of equivalent experience and an EPA Refrigerant Usage Certification, Types I & II. As an Inside Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing clear and timely solutions to customer inquiries relating to various refrigerator and HVAC maintenance, including other similar fields of maintenance inquiries.

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
