At Bluegreen Vacations, you have an opportunity to talk with our owners and guests as they check in for vacation. This In House Marketing role is located at our resort check-in at our Gatlinburg, TN resort (Mountain Loft).
This position requires working weekends and evenings.
You'll provide concierge service by:
Offering a variety of tickets, attractions, and shows.
Providing excellent customer service.
Scheduling a preview to learn more about membership upgrades and new purchases.
Who excels in this position?
Face to face marketing representatives
Servers, bartenders, and inside (phone) sales representatives
OPC / CMA in the timeshare industry
