We are seeking a competitive and numbers-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
Research and qualify new leads
Make outbound calls to potential customers
Explain and demonstrate features of products and services
Understand customers' needs and identify sales opportunities
Close sales and achieve sales targets
Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers
Route qualified opportunities to appropriate Territory Sales Managers as needed
Requirements
Who YOU are
Able to work independently and see tasks through to completion.
Comfortable working as part of a team.
A good communicator - both verbally and in writing.
Work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Strong verbal and written skills
Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
Excellent phone and cold calling skills
Exceptional customer service skills
