Inside Sales Representative
Client in southwest Charlotte is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join their team. Direct hire. Base salary: $45K - 55K + Incentives DOE.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for account management, sales growth, supporting an outside sales team, monitoring market conditions and contributing in delivering key business objectives
- Strong Excel experience for reporting
- Manage the weekly performance
- Servicing established accounts
- Support sales and marketing initiatives
- Understanding of changes in building practices
- Support Outside Sales, National Accounts, Marketing, Logistics and Production with daily business initiatives
Requirements:
- 5+ years of work experience in inside sales, customer service
- Requires a sales, technical, analytical and marketing skill set.
- A highly motivated self-starter who is able to handle a changing market dynamic.
- Basic knowledge of the channel segments in the building materials industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections in a professional and competent manner, while maintaining composure under pressure
- Strong organizational skills, problem solving ability, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize time and workload during peak periods
- Proficient with computers, specifically Microsoft Office Suite and Excel
