What You'll Do:

Place calls and provide excellent customer service to warm generated leads

Manage leads by tracking, following up, and closing sales to achieve sales and productivity objectives

Be the liaison between potential customers as an inside sales representative in our team

Perform direct sales and selling techniques for home remodeling and all of our products

Help customers set free in-home consultations over multiple contact channels

Promotion of company products and services to prospective and existing clients

What You'll Bring:

Experience in a call center, customer service or sales role

Excellent computer and phone skills with attention to detail

Positivity, Flexibility, Determination and a persuasive personality

High energy and willingness to learn

Saturday availability preferred
