Inside Sales Representative

As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll serve as the liaison between outside sales, partners within the organization, and existing customers. You'll be responsible for managing customer orders, communicating with customers regarding out-of-stocks and substitution options, strengthening customer relationships, utilizing e-Commerce technologies, scheduling exception deliveries, determining credits for customers when appropriate, and more. You'll help them to achieve their goals and in return, yours.
