Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year

Job Details

As a Sales Manager, you will be a leader for the sales team and within the leadership of the company. This Sales Manager's goal is to increase revenue and to assist in the continued growth of the organization.

Responsibilities include:
  • Participate in strategic discussions with the company leadership team - someone who is not scared to give ideas and push back to leadership
  • Develop KPIs and strategies to achieve sales goals.
  • Coach, train, evaluate and monitor sales representatives' performance.
  • Responsible for recruiting and hiring wholesale and retail sales representatives.
  • Facilitate the development of meaningful relationship with customers.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
  • Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process.
  • Implement group and individual sales training.
  • Develop commercial and wholesale accounts.

Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a sales manager.
  • Bachelors degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and team management skills.
  • Experience developing commercial and wholesale accounts
  • General knowledge of auto parts is needed

Additional responsibilities not included in above:
  • Conduct performance reviews and goal-setting.
  • Implement company marketing and sales growth plans.
  • Assist with customer complaints/concerns and labor claims.
  • Help manage the reduction of damaged returns.
  • Evaluate sales processes and procedures.
  • Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines.
  • Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Set and track sales targets and KPIs
  • Help to develop annual and shorter-term sales strategies
  • Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products.
  • Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement.
  • Build an open-communication culture inside your team.
  • Be familiar with company policies, procedures and products.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel
  • In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
  • Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
