Job Description Job Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES â Work with Sales staff, Operations, and Engineering to process daily quotations and order entries of Miller products for customer inquiries and orders. â Work with Manufacturer reps in the field on quotation and order follow-ups and feedback. â Manage incoming leads by directing them through the correct process flows and bringing them to a timely close. â Work with Operation Manager to track and maintain order schedules to give status updates to customers promptly. â Coordinate sales projects with Sales Director to meet deadlines. â Execute sales analysis, prepare sales reports, and suggest improvements. â Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products. â Staying up to date on industry trends, our competitors, and the buying habits of our target market â Engage with customers regularly to establish relationships and build long-term partnerships. QUALIFICATIONS â Associates Degree required; Bachelor's Degree Preferred - Business â 3-5 years in similar manufacturing inside sales role of proven experience in professional selling of technical products achieving profitable sales growth and customer satisfaction. â In-depth understanding of the sales administration process â Strong interpersonal skills enabling positive and professional interaction with all levels of management, technical and non-technical staff, customers, and internal staff. â Strong analytical and organizational skills â Experienced, multi-tasking employee with the following traits: self-motivated, detail-oriented, meets deadlines and commitments, high sense of urgency, able to prioritize, good organization, planning, and time management skills. â Excellent customer service skills: proven experience in managing customer expectations and issues resolution. â Good mechanical aptitude: understanding customer technical requirements and applying the company's best value product solutions. â Computer Skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Website navigation, operating system, and general computer knowledge. â General knowledge of crane hooks, crane blocks, swivels, overhaul balls, and sheaves is a plus
